Welcome to Cove. By ordering from us you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not skimmed.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping to the contiguous United States. Payment is processed securely by Shopify at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.

Delivery

Orders ship in 3–5 business days and are delivered 3–10 days after dispatch. The delivery window shown when you order is an honest estimate, not a guarantee of a specific day. If an order is delayed, we'll email you a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns, damage and cancellations

Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery with photos receive a free replacement or full refund with a prepaid return label. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours, before they ship. We can't accept change-of-mind returns after delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Damage Policy.

Product information

We work hard to show the sofa accurately — photography, descriptions and specifications. Cushions arrive vacuum-packed and take 2–7 days to fully expand; this is normal and not a defect. Reasonable variation in fabric tone between screens and rooms is expected.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with checkout or security, or misrepresent yourself in a claim. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cove's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under US consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store evolves; the version posted here applies to orders placed after the update date above.
