Shipping Policy

Every Cove sofa ships free to the contiguous United States. Here's exactly what to expect, in plain terms.

Processing — 3–5 business days

Your order is prepared by our US warehouse partner and leaves within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery — 3–10 days after dispatch

Your sofa is delivered to your door by freight carrier within 3–10 days of leaving the warehouse. Because each piece is dispatched to order and travels by freight, we give you a date range rather than a single day — you'll see your estimated window on the product page and at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. If anything changes, we'll email you right away with a new date — and the option to cancel for a full refund if an order is delayed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We don't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

When it arrives

The cushions arrive vacuum-packed. Unwrap them and give them 2–7 days to fully expand — this is completely normal and not a fault.
